The object of the intervention is a three-storey building built in the 1930s, distorted by disconnected transformations that occurred over the years.
We developed the proposal in response to the program, foreseeing the rehabilitation of the building and its conversion into local accommodation. The project’s main challenge is to make the planned use compatible with the return of your identity to the building.
In a simple resource based approach, we recover the existing facades and patio of the patio, and preserve the vertical distribution. We adapt the internal areas to the functional needs of the program, and open the stolen waters to the interior of the building, living them with a mezzanine.
