Designed by the architect Frederico Valsassina, this office development consists of 4 main buildings of 16 floors and 4 intermediate buildings of 5 floors.

It hosts companies such as Banco BPI, Cetelem, ERSAR (Water and Waste Services Regulator), Medtronic, Mazars, Regus – Torres Business Center, British Hospital, Instituto Portugu√™s de Microcirugia Ocular, Galp’s headquarters, among other national and international organizations.

The Lisbon Towers have a parking lot with capacity for 1,682 vehicles and a public parking lot for visitors. Its users also benefit from the privileged access to the pedestrian and cyclable bridge built over the 2nd circular, with connection to the Telheiras bike path.

The E and G Towers of the Torres de Lisboa development have a total office area of 29,004m2 on 16 floors of 934m2 each. The buildings are characterized by their quality of construction, total absence of columns and their rectangular typology. The floors can be occupied in their entirety or they allow a modular occupation of up to 4 units, since they can be divided into 2 units of 467m2, 3 units of 311m2 or 4 units of 233.5m2.

The E & G Towers

The E and G Towers of the Lisbon Towers Development have a total office area of about 29,000 m2, which is developed into 2 buildings of 16 floors (ground floor + 15 floors), with 934m2 per floor.

The buildings are characterized by their construction quality, their rectangular layout and the absence of columns. The floors allow an open-space or modular occupation, up to 4 fractions, since they can be divided into 2 to 4 fractions, between 234 m2 and 467 m2.

The recent project to modernize the common areas and the model office, together with the technological solutions it offers, the prominence and visibility of the development, the accessibilities and the proximity to the international airport, has allowed the Torres de Lisboa to be repositioned as a business reference in the capital’s office market.
